England continued their successful junior season, winning the U15 and U17 Team Championships held in Malmo, Sweden from May 11th to 13th. Moreton Hall junior Emma Bartley was a significant part of the successful U15 team.

Emma won all of her matches 3-0 against Hungary and Finland. Her teamates beat Switzerland and Spain. This meant that England topped their pool group and Emma then played against Wales in the quarter final again winning convincingly 3-0. England then played France in the semi final winning 3-0.

Spain were the final opponents and England had some good wins eventually winning 2-1. And, although Emma didn’t play the final,  she had a fantastic few days of Squash and did herself and her country proud. Next up for Emma, Brazilian opposition in the Christchurch Veterinary Surgery Ipswich Open starting on the 15th.
